Dr. Salam Jarrah, DO, MPH, DTMH, is a Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine Physician. She completed Medical School at the University of North Texas Health Science Center Texas College of Medicine. Dr. Jarrah completed her Residency training in Internal Medicine, and Fellowship training in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at Maine Medical Center.

Dr. Jarrah specializes in pulmonary conditions such as asthma and airways disease, interstitial lung disease, pulmonary fibrosis, lung cancer diagnosis, pulmonary hypertension, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, lung infections, bronchiectasis, pulmonary nodules, cough, complex disorders of breathing, mycobacterial disease, sarcoidosis, sleep disordered breathing, neuromuscular pulmonary disorders, mechanical ventilation, and diseases of the pleura. Dr. Jarrah also has extensive experience in Critical Care Medicine and management of critically ill patients. Dr. Jarrah’s clinical interests also include global and public health. Dr. Jarrah has extensive experience in minimally invasive pulmonary procedures, as well as procedures for management of critically ill patients.

In addition to clinical practice, Dr. Jarrah also devotes her time to teaching and medical education and has been involved in the education and training of new physicians and medical students since 2012.

Dr. Jarrah is board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
