Dr. Tameem Al-Aqtash, MD is a board-certified physician specializing in Pulmonary Medicine and Critical care. He provides care for patients with all aspects of lung disease. Dr. Al-Aqtash is passionate about patient care. He is experienced in treating lung diseases like bronchial asthma and allergies, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), bronchitis, cough, bronchiectasis, interstitial lung diseases, complex lung infections, lung nodules, lung cancer, and lung fibrosis. He provides diagnostic services like pulmonary function tests and bronchoscopy. He has excellent skills with endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS), transbronchial biopsies and provides tracheostomy care.
Dr. Anjum is a board-certified pulmonary and critical care physician. He is passionate about all aspects of pulmonary medicine and his clinical interests include obstructive lung diseases, bronchiectasis, interstitial lung diseases, atypical pulmonary infections, lung nodules, and pulmonary hypertension. He believes in being there for his patients and their loved ones and has always been a patient advocate. Additionally, he is an enthusiastic teacher and has been extensively involved in the teaching of medical students, residents, and pulmonary and critical fellows. He has published extensively in various peer-reviewed journals, delivered several speaker presentations at various national and international meetings, and mentored a lot of trainees. Dr.Anjum has served and continues to serve on several crucial hospital committees and most importantly serves in a leadership role with the American College of Chest Physicians.
Dr. Jacqueline Horst is a pulmonary and critical care specialist board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care Medicine serving the Dallas/Grapevine, Texas community since 2019.
Originally from Rochester Hills, Michigan, Dr. Horst completed her medical school training graduating Magna Cum Laude from the American University of Antigua. Following residency training in Internal Medicine, she completed a fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at Rush University in Chicago, IL.
Dr. Horst enjoys practicing in the acute hospital setting for both pulmonary and critical care patients. She excels at providing in-hospital services for life-threatening disease processes in the ICU as well as for patients admitted with acute exacerbations of chronic lung conditions such as asthma, COPD, interstitial lung disease, infectious disease, pulmonary edema, and others. Her primary practice locations are at Medical City Dallas, Dallas, TX, and Baylor Scott and White, Grapevine TX. Respected for her bedside manner, Dr. Horst enjoys engaging with patients and their families while providing excellent patient-centered care.
Sudheer Nambiar MD FCCP is a triple board-certified physician specializing in Pulmonary and Critical care medicine. He is a graduate of the prestigious Mount Sinai University, NY. He is a Fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians. After his training in NY, he practiced medicine at various prestigious hospitals in Connecticut, Kentucky, Tulsa, and Dallas. He is passionate about his patients. He is experienced in treating all types of lung diseases such as bronchial asthma, Emphysema/COPD, bronchitis, chronic cough, bronchiectasis, interstitial lung diseases, complex lung infections, lung nodules, lung cancer, and lung fibrosis. He provides diagnostic services like pulmonary function tests and bronchoscopy. He is credentialed to practice at various hospitals in Dallas and Collin county. He provides inpatient care primarily at Baylor Scott and White hospital, McKinney, TX.
Srikant Nannapaneni, MD, MPH is a Board-Certified physician specializing in Critical Care and Sleep with over 15 years of experience providing health care to patients of all ages. In the Intensive Care Unit, Dr. Nannapaneni provides care to critically ill patients with conditions such as respiratory failure, heart failure, septic shock, gastrointestinal bleeding, renal failure, stroke, cerebral hemorrhage, etc. Dr. Nannapaneni is also a champion of treatment for patients with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), sleep study interpretations, and various sleep-related disorders.
Harshit Rao, MD, is a Board-Certified physician specializing in Critical Care, Pulmonary, and Internal Medicine with over 15 years of experience providing health care to patients of all ages. Dr. Rao cares for patients with lung cancer, asthma, pneumonia, hypersensitivities, complicated chest infections, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and other outpatient pulmonary ailments. Dr. Rao is heavily involved with the treatment of complex, critically ill patients in medical, surgical, neurosurgical, and open-heart recovery units, along with endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS), navigational bronchoscopy, cryotherapy, laser therapy, transbronchial biopsies, intubation, and tracheostomy care.
