Envision is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Hospital Medicine team at Baptist Health Paducah in Paducah, Kentucky. This opportunity offers a block schedule, competitive compensation, strong physician and APP collaboration, and the chance to practice at a leading regional referral center serving patients across four states.
Compensation & Schedule Highlights
Competitive compensation at $75/hour
W2 employment status
Block schedule
Full-time status consists of 120 hours per month

Established Hospital Medicine program
2 APPs daily
11-hour shifts, including day and swing shifts
No procedures required
Collaborative inpatient practice environment

Day and swing shift coverage
ICU covered by Intensivist and APP team
Intensivists manage codes
Collaborative physician and APP practice environment
Epic EMR

373-bed regional referral center

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Acute care training preferred
