Anesthesia Care Team is comprised of 9 Physicians and 14 CRNAs
Case Mix: trauma, general, ortho, vascular, neuro, and more
No hearts, transplants, peds, or OB
409-beds
Case Volume: 6.5k
Professional and team-oriented practice
Call shared evenly, beeper call from home, no night call
