His scope of sleep medicine includes sleep apnea, insomnia, obesity related sleep disorders, and other sleep related health issues.

He moved to Texas from California in 2003, initially practicing at St. Paul University Hospital and then in the Baylor system.

Dr. Gilligan received his medical degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, his residency training in Internal Medicine from Methodist Medical Center in Dallas, Texas, and completed his subspecialist fellowship training in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas.

Dr. Rao is heavily involved with the treatment of complex, critically ill patients in medical, surgical, neurosurgical, and open-heart recovery units, along with endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS), navigational bronchoscopy, cryotherapy, laser therapy, transbronchial biopsies, intubation, and tracheostomy care.

Diana Hall, PA-CDiana Hall, MPAS, PA-C, is originally from Woodbridge, VA and moved to Texas prior to graduate school. She completed her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies in 2012 at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. PA Hall has worked for Questcare Partners since 2013 in critical care and pulmonary medicine at Medical City Dallas & Medical City Plano hospitals. Prior to moving to the DFW area, Diana worked at University Hospital in San Antonio, specializing in neurocritical care.
